  Here is a genuine review of our ground floor extension with London Contractors Ltd: We had a fantastic experience working with our building contractor, Sev for our house extension. Sev and his team were incredibly efficient, completing the project in a timely manner without sacrificing quality. The pricing was reasonable, and there were no surprises as they only charged for what we originally agreed upon. Accounts were clearly documented and invoices were reflective of any works completed.   Complete refurb of Victorian semi-detached terrace, with a large, modern rear extension.

  Sev was in in excellent contact throughout and always approachable. He had a great working relationship with our architect and worked extremely hard to achieve our vision. There were challenges which Sev negotiated very well: lots of large glass, bi-fold doors, polished concrete floors, bespoke shaped quartzite kitchen island, air source heat pump, patios and paths. We're extremely happy with the end result. We ran over time but it was time well spent, sometimes due to supply chain issues out of Sev's control. The cost was very reasonable and Sev strove to minimise these and keep to budget.

  S I N building's team and their manager Sev were most professional from start to end of the project. The work was completed up to my desired standard and within a timely manner with only a small delay. Process was well explained at the start of the project, from discussing the quote up to reviewing the final result, all was executed very professionally. Sev was available to discuss any questions we had in the course of the refurbishment project and always attentive and pleasant to work with. I would be more than happy to recommend him and his team to anyone looking for full house refurb.
