    Full refurb to new restaurant

    Posted 17 July 2023

Great Experience, Start to Finish I really can’t say enough good things about London Renovations Group. This was a 7-weeks refurb job to our newly opened burger restaurant RM12. And it was right on schedule, start to finish. Josh and Mamon were wonderful to work with. They really worked hard to complete the work ahead of schedule ready for the opening. It was also clear that the trades and suppliers we worked with had good relationships with them and we observed first-hand how important that is in making the process go smoothly. So Bill to you Sam and Jack thanks so much for everything.

    Loft conversion

London Renovations managed to price us well, consulted with us in person onsite and in writing. Our experience of the build was positive and was surprisingly undisruptive! We built up a good rapport with our excellent builders Mario, Harry, and Happy who were always on form and respectful of our home and genuinely hard working their combined building experience no doubt is certainly noticeable. Our project manager Bill and Sam was always quick to respond to any challenges as the build progressed They certainly make a great team and made the conversion possible. A great team to trust and work with

We used London Renovations for a loft conversion containing 2 double bedroom and new bathroom. We are delighted with the outcome and now have a superb space which me and my family are now enjoying. Our loft was completed to a high standard. We've been impressed with their communication, transparency, organised and incredible throughout, There's been no downtime for lack of materials or team at any stage which has meant reassuring continuity and timeliness. To build a new kitchen, bathroom, shower rooms and fit bedroom doors

    Posted 23 April 2021

Making a complaint against this company regarding non-payment, cancellation of contract, incomplete works and faults with building works carried out, and the subsequent costs incurred by bringing in another builder to complete the works. The builders walked out on incomplete works as they wanted to be paid the final payment but we explained that as to contract the final payment should be paid on completion of works. I had no response from the letter I sent to them explaining my concerns with 35 items listed raising issues with works carried out. Company address doesn't exist on visiting.

    Response from London Renovations Ltd

London Renovations is not like your average building company we have an inhouse financial division, structural engineers and a legal team. Our services include a thorough consultancy before any build, contract and a payment plan. Our recent contract with a certain customer was cancelled due to:- 1. Breach of contract for non payment. 2 Broken customer + company trust by negotiating and having arranged private work with the subcontractor. 3 Attempt to make fraudulent claim. 4 Call out, ambush, and threat company staff. Contract fell apart in the 7th week!! builder worked for 3 consecutive weeks without any pay!! tried multiple times to resolve issue, giving client ample opportunity to bring his account up-to date client continued to default on payment, client also negotiated and activated private work direct with subcontractor exchanged money requesting it stays between them “Trust was a big ask” we had to cancel contract did everything by the books informing client of cancellation in writing. We are currently preparing paper trail to take client to court to claim loss of earnings, balance and other expenses. We have also reported him to the authorities for making fraudulent claim with intend to gain a profit.
