  Excellent work by London and Surrey Roofing

  Faultless professionalism from David and his team. Communication was excellent in the run up to, and throughout this project. They were able to accommodate complex access requirements in relation to a neighbour’s flat roof and communicated with them patiently and courteously. Changing requirements of the job were dealt with efficiently. Andrew was similarly great to work with. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

  Flat Roof Replacement .

  I was in a real bind with a leaking flat roof that was causing electrical issues throughout the house. Thankfully, David—the director of London and Surrey Roofing Ltd—managed to fit the job in very quickly. David kept me fully informed throughout the process with regular updates via text, along with photos and videos showing the problem and the progress being made. What seemed like a daunting task was completely stress free! Very reasonable cost! Great communication! Wouldn’t hesitate to employ him again!

  Leaking Roof

  David came round with a drone initially to take photos of the area of the roof I suspected was leaking. He was on time, professional and because of the drone took a lot of really good detailed photos of the roof and told me what he thought he problem was. He then explained what he would do and gave us a quote. I already had received 2 other quotes for the roof and felt worried because I didn't feel that the other 2 quotes were quite right and were also overpriced. Because David explained everything so well, I felt reassured and relieved we had found such a great roofer. 10 out of 10.

  Persistant roof/chimney leak

  David was recommended to me after i had used 2 other contractors who had done nothing to solve this issue. David was extremely helpful, lots of communication and photos/videos, and sound advice which led to some extensive professional repairs undertaken. Highly recommend. And i will be using him for my other properties in south east london hereon in.
