Installation of log burner
Dom started off well but when things started to go wrong with the installation, he ghosted me. Once I mentioned I would contact HETAS, he responded and 2 months after installation, he reluctantly came to fix the issue. I incurred an additional cost of £130 due to Dom not installing the stove properly in the first place but he refused to pay for this. Not one I would recommend for sure and suspect he will try and twist things to avoid any responsibility.

Remove old gas fire, install new wood burner
Excellent from start to finish. Dom is personable, knowledgeable, reliable and did a superb job for us. He has a really good sense of aesthetics, and made the best of what was already there while installing a more modern stove. We appreciated that he offered a range of suitable stoves for us to choose from. Jasemin was in charge of communication throughout, and was absolutely faultless. Highly recommended!

New Stove and flue liner installation
Great service throughout from Jasemin, Dom and team. Dom did a fantastic job with the installation and throughout the process set clear expectations regarding progress when we could expect the work to be completed. We're really happy with the quality of the work carried out and would certainly recommend London Surrey Stoves in the future

New wood burner installed in old fireplace
Dom and Jasmin were more than helpful, guiding us through what steps were needed to decide on which stove to buy, to direct us to the best supplier, keep us informed as to installation date and then installing the stove efficiently. Dom returned to answer some questions we had about the operation of the stove and resolved a minor issue. Highly recommended.

New wood burner fitted
Thanks Dom and Jasemin for a great stove ! Really useful advise before having the wood burner fitted and it was fitted promptly and without fuss or mess... whilst we've only just started using it.. really love it.
