Unblocking kitchen sink
Lamb fat had well and truly blocked our kitchen sink - we'd spent two days and a whole bottle of sink unblocker trying to fix it. Luckily our neighbours were having their drains cleaned by James and David. James came over and sorted out our sink within five minutes and didn't charge anything. So kind and efficient, really appreciated. I'm now going to use them to do a proper check of our drains as we live in a Victorian house and this has taught me a lesson.
