This roof originally was a standard called roof system and we removed it and replaced it with an insulated TR 31 rigid insulation to confirm with new government guidelines. We also fitted new facias and guttering to allow for the extra height the insulation created to create a very comfortable warm roof. The membrane is it oh 60 gauge Firestone single ply membrane which has a life expectancy of of 50 years plus.
