Andrea & igor came and measured up and provided helpful suggestions as to what roof and window blinds would work for our Conservatory. Having placed the order they kept us informed of the order progress, and within 3 weeks, as promised, they returned to fit them. It was a very hot day and they were extremely conscientious, worked very hard and did a great job of fitting them. We choose to have some of the blinds repositioned due to unexpected light coming through and they were happy to do this for us. Would totally recommend them.

Andrea and Igor have been absolutely faultless, from start to finish. Their communication, hard work and attention to detail have not gone unnoticed throughout the process. They have been so professional and friendly and so considerate when visiting our house, they are extremely knowledgeable and gave us loads of choices for our curtains and bay window track and we absolutely love the final result!!! We have recently had four blinds supplied and fitted by Lotiss Ltd. The whole process from start to finish was conducted in a very professional way. The fitting of the blinds by Igor and Andrea was done extremely well and each room was left clean and tidy. We would not hesitate to recommend Igor and Andrea of Lotiss Ltd and will most certainly use the company again.

Andrea and Igor supplied and fitted a roman blind which I wanted for the bedroom used when my little grandson stays over. Initial response was very prompt , Andrea was very pleasant , knowledgeable about the product and also had a wide variety of material /design choices. She advised that it would take 4 weeks. She called to say when it had arrived and that she and Igor could come that same day to fit it. I was so impressed with their friendliness, workmanship, professionalism and respect for my home from start to finish. I highly recommend and definitely will be using them again.
