Excellent. Both people were thoughtful and considerate. I was impressed by the service as a whole.

I was replied to by Zoe who promoted her fitter and we were pleasantly surprised. He was quick to contact and arrange a date. Arrived on time and was very clean and personable as well as competant and knowledgable. The gentle man was helpful and completed a superb job and kept the area clean and tidy and was very proffessionable, not expencive either. We will use them again and highly reccomend

I had asked for recommendations on Facebook for someone to take the vains of a set of vertical blinds from our sitting room window and shorten them to fit our bedroom window and a couple of people recommended Lotus Furnishings who I contacted and was really impressed with the advice they gave, how quickly they collected and returned the vains, they look fab and a really good price too. Cant fault Lotus Furnishings and their Customer Services was really good. Have no hesitation in recommending them.

I bought a single door curtain from a well known home store in Nottingham, the finished article arrived and was fitted by the company. The curtain in my opinion was not well made and therefore not fit for purpose, I contacted Zoe, owner of Lotus Furnishings Ltd, and asked her to take a look at the curtain and give me her professional opinion. She came over the following day, pointed out material and unnoticed manufacturing faults. I got a full refund from the manufacturer. I highly recommend this company, thank you Zoe, I look forward to dealing with you in 2022

Zoe was very helpful from start to finish, providing me with a quotation to make curtains to measure and also giving me advice if I preferred to buy ready made ones. I chose the latter option and zoe shortened them for me for a very reasonable price. Workmanship is excellent and Zoe was a pleasure to deal with.
