Complete bathroom re-fit Christian is very friendly ,very informative, found him to be very understanding on how I wanted my bathroom to look. Would highly recommend for a 10/10 job and very friendly people

Christian and his team removed 2 surplus concrete fence posts, replaced 3 fence panels, removed an existing smaller concrete base (for an old shed), dug out and installed a full-width level concrete base onto a slightly sloping garden plot. Communication was excellent from first contact to completion. Detailed written quote was provided. Job started as arranged and was completed on schedule. House (i.e. floors/doors) was protected and kept clean as they worked. Very happy with the result. Would highly recommend Lovell.

Christian assessed the problem we have which was debris which had fallen between our house and our neighbours in a very small gap. Some of that was very hard as it included render and so we would need a creative solution to be able to break this down in a very small gap (less than 15cm). Christian suggested we get some long drill bits and use these to break up the debris further and then scrape it out. Worked a charm! He did a very effective job, communicated well throughout and provided us with useful insights, advice and patched up existing problems on our property. Highly recommended.

Lovell building and maintenance were recommended to me by a friend which had used them in the past. I spoke to them and from the off he was extremely helpful. Listened to exactly what it was I needed done and was very efficient with giving me a very competitive quote. The work was carried out quickly, professionally and without any issues. They talked me through the whole process and what would be involved, which left me comfortable with what was going to happen and how. The work was done to a very high level of standards and was left pristine once the job was done. Great job!

I’m so happy with the company I used. I had bad walls that needed plastering, my ceiling had water marks from a flood , my radiator needed to be taken off, the wall , behind needed plastering then the radiator needed to be painted and put back on . I had panelling put on one wall and my tv had to be moved up the wall, so they had to channel wires in the wall so you can’t see my plug socket. I also had a door put on where my alcove is. All this and painted to perfection. I came home and my floors were all washed, no mess left, all my wires were secured. I will 100% use this company again
