I am now out 180 pounds and nothing to show for it. I initially employed Sean to tidy up our garden and he did this job for us. However the relationship broke down when he agreed to do a second job for us renovating the garden. On the 16/09 he asked for a £50 deposit. However he never showed up He then asked for £90 for material costs. I agreed. During this time I spent a lot of time and stress chasing him. On 08/10 he said he desperately needed another £40. I refused but he promised me he would do the job. on 28/10 he stopped contacting me. Do not use this tradesman.
