  Very professional, checked the roof membranes in attic. Suggested a number of options with price estimations. Knew exactly what to do. Non-stop rain which enabled service to be changed at notice, eventually completed. No fuss, no bother, got on with the changing of membranes, explained the procedure. Customer very happy. Excellent communication kept one in the 'loop.' Highly recommended.

  James is very prompt at getting out to look at the work. Very prompt getting back with a quote. Doesn't feel pressured with his quote and he also can provide a guarantee. Turns up on time when he says he will and if he's running late he makes sure to let you know. Very curious service all round.
