Knocking through a load bearing wall
Ian was excellent. He undertook the work very quickly, kept the area tidy and did various other jobs along the way that might otherwise have caused a delay. We have already asked him to quote for some other work we need doing and wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services.

Repointing and general building maintenance
We chose to go with LBC again after successfully using them 2 years ago. The work did take longer than anticipated due to various reasons, but we are happy with the outcome of the work in the end. We were kept updated with photos and were able to inspect the work by being taken up the scaffolding.

Repointing, roof repairs and chimney cowls fitted.
We chose to use LBC again as we couldn't fault the quality of the workmanship previously. Photos of work completed are always sent, as well as a personal tour up the scaffold to view the work up close means we were assured of what exactly was being completed. LBC are flexible and always listened to what our needs were. Although the work took a lot longer than originally planned due to various reasons which was a bit stressful to deal with, we are happy with the quality of the work carried out which is the most important thing.

Re-locating and installing a new loft hatch with ladder
Very happy with the work Ian did. Both he and David were polite and friendly and worked late to try and get the job done in a day. He only had to come back for an hour to finish. Very tidy and they cleaned up when finished. I would use them again.

Stud wall partition splitting single room into two.
