  Fantastic contractors!

  Loxha’s team has been great doing our refurbishement last year. They have done an incredible job with the bathroom, the electricity, sanding floors, plastering a ceiling and overall refurbishing our flat. Arber is very responsive when it comes to communication, is very accommodating and has always tried to find the best, most cost-effective solution to our problems. Overall, our refurbishment went smoothly thanks to Arber and his team of experts. Can’t recommend enough.

  Reliable, Honest and Quality Apartment Refurbishment

  Arber, Vinnie and team did a great job on my apartment refurbishment. It involved demolition of a wall, new wall, plastering, new LVT herringbone floor, new doors, joinery and full repainting. He also coordinated all the electrical work. He was efficient with good communication throughout from the quote to completion. I have an eye for detail and nothing was too much to make sure the job was finished to my total satisfaction. Despite a few difficulties and late deliveries, Arber stuck exactly to his original quote. Would (and already have) recommend!

  First class team of hard working and polite/positive folks. All work done within the expected timeframes including all changes proposed during the works. Professional standards throughout including all finishing work, remedial, repairs, renewals and VERY useful suggestions when things got complicated. Above all, the best communication I've seen in the business. No tryna squeeze some more out of me for themselves, just honesty and great service. Recommend this team 100%.

  Arber and his team were fantastic throughout. The communication and client Managament was incredible. The quality of the work was flawless and importantly they worked super quickly. I was hugely impressed and pleasantly surprised by the rate at which they worked. Couldn’t recommend more.

He skillfully managed our budget, delivering high-quality results on a complex project, including painting, replastering, electrical work, ceiling insulation and bathroom refurbishments.
