    Lawrence responded quickly to the job posting, explained his fees/charges etc upfront and was able to attend the next day. He turned up at the time he promised. He identified the issue and called me to explain the problem, what needed to be done and the cost. He undertook the work quickly and professionally. A really professional, helpful courteous guy. I would definitely recommend Lawrence and will use him again should I need to.

    Fantastic service from start to finish. Turned up on time and was quick to get started. I was kept up to date on all matters including any issues which Lawrence ran in to. More work was required than was anticipated but fortunately the parts were on hand and quickly replaced. There was a leak which developed after Lawrence left but he was readily contactable and immediately returned and corrected the issue. Highly professional and strongly recommended service.
