  Luke responded to our request almost immediately and was very flexible on arrangements regarding a first site visit which he did with 10 days. He was very professional in his approach and gave us many new ideas on how to plan our new extension. He provided scale drawings promptly which when shown to 3 different contractors were all very impressed with the detail. Luke liaised with local authorities and dealt with a few minor issues which subsequently allowed the permitted development to be approved.
