We had an inadequate repair done on our roof and had an independent survey on the roof to identify the problems. LR Joinery and Flat roofing behaved very well and refunded us nearly all the money and were excellent and straightforward in their response to our complaint. Lias Robinson has very good joinery reviews and I would be happy to use him for any joinery work. He is a very honest and nice individual and does his utmost to resolve issues if things go wrong.

I’ve used LR joinery a couple of times now and been very pleased with their work. Competitive quote and workmanship to a high standard. They keep the customer informed and discussed options with me as to how to get the best look. This was quite a tricky job but they found great solutions. Booked them again for an alcove bookcase and cupboard. Highly recommend.

Lias Robinson of LR Joinery and flat roofing quoted for work to repair leakage of water into the chimney breast, repair to flashing on a skylight roof window and missing and loose tiles which were leading to water dripping behind facias onto the exterior wall leaving brickwork saturated and capping off of chimney stacks. On Raining it became clear problems had not been resolved. I had an independent survey done on the roof which highlighted serious deficiencies in the work for which I paid £3150. I now have to have all the work re-done!

Lias and his team were very hard working. They completed all works in a timely manner, to an excellent standard. Lias explained what needed to be done at every stage, and they cleared up during and on completion of the work. I will definitely use them for any future work I need doing.

Lias talked lots of options through with me and we settled on which would be cheapest for me overall. He made two exterior doors for our log cabin and fit them. Felt no pressure from him, very easy to converse with, his work was brilliant and he arrived exactly when he said he would! Would definitely work with him again.
