Leak from pipe in utility room and stopcock in kitchen seized up
Lee replaced the faulty pipework in utility room and installed a lever valve and altered pipework to kitchen stopcock. Lee has done work for me previously including flushing the central heating system.Capping off an old gas fire and removing and disposing of surround and brickwork and sorting out a longstanding ground floor heating issue. All works have been completed to a high standard and my property always left clean and tidy. Lee is always polite and explains clearly works involved and cost. I would highly recommend Lee if your looking for an excellent tradesperson.
New full cenral heating systerm
Great servise all works well would use them again
No hot water running from kitchen tap.
No hot water from kitchen sink the hot water pump would not operate. Came round and advised us that the problem was with the taps and pipe work under the sink and not with the pump. Adjusted pipework and fitted new valves but still not working. Told we needed a low pressure tap. Fitted a new low pressure tap 0.1bar and still not working. Now advised that its maybe the pump so now wasted a lot of money and in excactly the same situation as before. He left no invoice and took two tap tails which were not hes. Very frustrating and disappointment and would definitely not use again. Be aware.
Replace bathroom radiator
Lee arrived as planned and good work done. Tidy and professional. Recommended.
Boiler

Diverting leaking underground mains and hot and cold feed pipe, adding a pump and new water cylinder
More than pleased with Lee's workmanship! I will never have to worry about underground pipes leaking again as everything has been diverted above ground. Lee's timekeeping was impeccable and everything was explained to me as the work progressed which he did single handedly over the course of 4 days. No sloping off to other jobs either! I felt very comfortable around this young man and could put my complete trust in him while he carried out a very big and fiddly job. If I ever need any plumbing work done in the future I will definitely be calling him to do the job. His work is outstanding!
