Do not employ
If you have a call from them do not agree to a visit. From start in November to today (March) nothing good has come from us agreeing to a 10 year service package. Do not purchase a solar battery from here
I agreed to a salesman from L+R renewables calling and subsequently purchased a battery to connect to the solar inverter. They set a date which was then postponed x 4 times. Eventually got the battery installed and an app on my phone. A few weeks later they phoned telling me that the manufacturers wanted to inspect the work. I was curious and looked on line.
