Hi welcome to LS Designs, I run a family business for over 20 years. My name is Steven Smith, it will be me you are dealing with and I offer a full range property maintenance service such as:

My special skills are:
- Building and repairing
- Carpenter which is building wooden structures such as sheds and kazeebos and decking.

Replace fence
Did exactly what was wanted
Supply and fix new side gate
Steve was polite and a good communicator, arriving when he said he would and quoting quickly. Managed to solve a few issues on site and completed the work to a good standard
Supply and fit a garden gate
Steve arrived on time and did a good job ..well pleased
Back garden gate replacing and also a keypad lock adding so Mum’s gardener could let themselves in
Steve responded swiftly to my request for a quote, accepted my prevarication about the exact requirements of the job with patience, and produced exactly what I (finally settled on I) required at a very reasonable cost (IMO). I am really pleased with the new gate and keypad lock means that my 85yr old Ma no longer has to risk a fall letting the gardener in through the back gate and I no longer catch my fingers on the old rusted bolts, top and bottom, when I put the bins out for her! Let Steve think out loud to you as he formulates a solution for you. Then watch as the magic happens!
New back gate and fence panel
Very pleased with the job that Steve did. A very friendly man, who was very flexible on fitting in round my work schedule. Really hard working, he dug out a section of grass and put down new paving slabs, then built a new very sturdy fence panel and back gate to fit into an awkward space. Very tidy, cleaned up every day before he left and I’d definitely use his company again.
