  Shower replacement

  5/5 Exceptional Service I had a shower leak on a Sunday and Liam was incredibly responsive. He offered helpful advice immediately and arranged to come out the next day. After assessing the situation, we decided to replace the in-wall shower, and Liam provided excellent options at a fair price. His workmanship is top-notch, and communication throughout the process was fantastic. I highly recommend Liam Seaton Property Services for their professionalism and reliability.

  Tap and shower sealing- leak repair

  Liam came to repair a leak in my bath and returned 2 further times after the issue was not solved. The issue was not fixed. After maintaining contact again he advised he could not come again without an extra cost. I advised I was happy to pay to get the issue resolved and even suggested an alternative approach. Liam did not respond so I gave up. It is a shame as he seemed genuine and reliable but the lack of response and giving up on trying to fix my issue was unprofessional and frustrating.

  Complete new bathroom.

  Liam & his dad, Francis completed a full bathroom refit for me in just over 2 weeks. Their work is amazing, super happy with the end result...it looks amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was perfectly finished & spotlessly clean, on completion. They'd fitted radiators for me b4, so I knew the quality of their work. I've got them booked in for more jobs in September. It was a pleasure having them in my home, no stress, just a stunning bathroom as the end result. Thank you, lads!!

  External Block Paving

  We had a patio for our back garden completed to a very high standard and a very competitive quote could not recommend these guys enough. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone that also needs any general works including plastering and plumbing works which they also did for us.Great work guys! Thank you so much:)

  Bathroom fitting

  From start to finish Liam and Francis have been amazing. From taking out the old bathroom and tiles to putting in the new one and fully tiling they have been amazing. The bathroom is absolutely stunning. Tiling is beautiful and they are great workers and lovely people . Would recommend any time . 10 out of 10 for everything..well done
