Plaster downstairs hallway, stairs and landing.
John provided an excellent service in a timely manor. Very tidy, explained everything to us in an idiot proof manor and the price was very reasonable. John worked over the weekend to make sure the job was done so we could get the house decorated and get us settled quicker. He went the extra mile with us too. Our pup is quite a nervous pup and went out of his way to get him some treats to settle him while he worked. Partial House re-skim
We asked LSJ to quote for a partial house replaster. We paid £1,050 deposit. When John reviewed the prep work we’d done, he said it wasn't good enough, and we’d have to re-do all the work done. No work was done in 2 days, so we asked another plasterer to come. He said what we’d done was fine. The job’s now almost done but no word from John John said the £1,050 deposit was not refundable. Neither has he offered or been able to return the plaster. John told us he can't refund our money as he had to use it to pay workers for another job. Plastered one wall and two alcoves
Job was done by John quickly and tidily. He kept us informed all the way through gave us a quote when he said he would and did the job when he said he would. Very pleased with the workmanship. Have often found it difficult to get tradesmen to commit to anything, so dealing with Lsj plastering made a refreshing change.
