Black particles in bath water
Lots of black particles were appearing in the hot water when running a bath. I had already reported the issue a few days ago as I had plumbing and drainage insurance. They sent out a plumber who told me it was due to perished rubber seals in my hot water tank and it would need replacing, which was not covered on my policy. I decided to get a second opinion from another plumber. Sebastian responded promptly. He spent nearly an hour carrying out work to find the cause and found the problem was caused by the boiler not the hot water tank. Excellent service
