Failed electrical safety test by another company, and they quoted a ridiculous amount to rectify. Lionel came along and sorted it for us.

Lionel was able to fit and install a new bathroom extractor fan for us and outside light, he communicated throughout and got the job done very efficiently and for a reasonable price. I’d highly recommend for any electrical jobs.

We were given sound information of how he would tackle this. Switch off RDCs then one by one turn back on and test each appliance making sure there was no leakage. We did this and labelled the Switches at the socket as they weren't labelled. And in the fuse Box labelled the fuses too. The sockets now Work. All. Socket and switches working OK.

LSM was very helpful with an EICR check prior to home purchase.
