I could not recommend L Solid enough. Everything from start to finish was a pleasure. The team worked exceptionally hard and at pace, they were friendly, punctual and all took pride in their work and their attention to detail matched mine. The construction consisted of a large external extension, full building reg specs, excavation and infill of footings, soak away, double block skin and insulation, steel for vaulted pitched roof, roof tiling and x2 velux install, steel wind posts, internal plaster boarding, plastering, flooring and external cladding to block work.

Works were carried out professionally, on on time and quality of works and attention to detail was flawless. Kitchen, bespoke built in wardrobes / carpentry was second to none for quality.

Luis and the team were amazing: punctual, quick, tidy and throughout very professional. Luis was clear beforehand in talking the job through and setting out what needs to be done when - then they did it and it went all according to plan. They were even finished much quiker then anticipated. Looking forward to the next project and will recommend to friends.

We wanted to expand our living area and break down a wall separating the kitchen and living room. This included a chimney breast removal from top to bottom. Luis approached the job with a solution and a can-do mindset. His team were efficient and completed the job to spec. I'd recommend Luis and his team to do the total renovation jobs in good time and and standard.

Luis is very polite and generous, nothing is too much for him and his guys to take on. All his team are very nice and work to a high standard. I am very happy with the work that Luis and his team have done and would have them back for other jobs without a doubt.

Luis and his team were courteous, incredibly tidy (even sweeping every surface up on the final day), efficient and delivered what was asked and more. We will certainly be back in touch for future work.
