  Polite, easy to talk too, followed up verbal quote with letterhead quote as requested. job delayed by 4 days due to scaffolder delays. I found some of the vegetation removed from the top of chimney in garden and lower gutters that had not been collected and disposed of, along with some scaffolding parts left behind when scaffolders removed scaffolding. Photos of during and after work we're taken and shared with me.had to remind them to fwd onto me. This company uses a private bank account, so when transferring monies my bank would not proceed when selecting paying for builders!

  New soffits & facias were fitted & very good job was done in timely manner , Was a problem with a dormer window which wasnt done to our satisfaction though the guys were back out within a couple of days to rectify our concerns , overall well satisfied with this company & the fact any problem is quickly looked into & sorted goes a long way into having confidence about the company involved .
