  Repair and fit under felt to pitch roof which hadn't been installed by previous contractor

  From start to finish it was a great experience working with Lee at LSR. After my initial call went to voicemail he called me back and came round the same day, when he said he would. The quote was with me that evening. He even contacted me when they had a cancellation and could fit me in earlier, which was great. All works were completed to a good standard and the area left tidy afterwards.

  Victorian roof replacement and shared valley.

  My parents house had an old Victorian section that was starting to leak - so we needed a roof replacement - including new tiles, felt and valley work. Throughout the project LSR were responsive, turned up when they said they would and were a pleasure to deal with. I will use them again for future roof requirements.

  New roof tiles installation

  Lee and his team carried out an excellent job on a kitchen roof extension by removing old tiles and replacing with new tiles. They carried out a superb job, were very tidy and friendly at all times. Excellent job. Would recommend throughly.

  Renewal or restoration of all gutters, soffits and facias.

  Apologies for the belated review! Lee and Nathan were great. They were competitive, professional, honest, communicative, timely and friendly. They kept me informed about what was going on throughout the job and I felt confident that they would deliver. I was not disappointed. I was very pleased with the finished result. There was one small problem and they returned the following day to fix it without fuss. I would unhesitatingly recommend them.

  Checking and rehanging wall tiles

  We have a tile hung house and some wall tiles fell off over the front door. I called Lee and asked him to rehang these and check over the other wall tiles to prevent this happening again. He fixed a date and came and did it. No mess, no extra costs. Very happy

  Repaired a flat roof and installed new guttering and some soffits.

  Lee and Nathan are quick to respond to enquiries and are punctual, hardworking and professional. They explain the jobs and the pricing clearly. They are both extremely helpful kind and are committed to doing very good work. I messaged them after a recent rainstorm and they came over almost immediately to help clear guttering and downpipes that had become blocked. I recommend them without hesitation.
