James came to fix a socket that hadn't been working for some months. He took a great deal of trouble to locate the junction box and sort the problem. The office rang to organise when he would come, and issued the invoice promptly. We were very happy with the service and the reasonable cost.

James was punctual and used his expertise to put the light up I had picked out quickly and professionally. Very easy to deal with throughout.
