    No hot water

    Jack arrived 1 hour after call. Charged £60 call out fee plus £10 petrol. Hot water switch on fuse-board had tripped. He flicked it back, explained it might be the element, but to see how it went and let him know if it tripped again. It did the next day. I text Jack to let him know, he didn't respond. I text again today, still no response. Rang the contact number on Checkatrade leaflet, got voicemail, left a message - no response. Awful service. Obviously just ripping folk off for the call out fee.

    Poor communication

    Booked a month ago then delayed start by 3-4 weeks then cancelled our job because he took on a load of new work and has left us in the lurch ! Communication is extremely poor rarely replies to messages Wouldn’t recommend We now have to go through the whole procedure again getting a new plumber and waiting to get works done The whole idea of this site is to give your experiences for other potential customers to digest and decide who to use and not to be vindictive and I’ve been as honest as I can in my review !

    Relay mains water supply from boundary to downstairs wc

    Very impressed, 5 stars. Contacted as an approved 'Water Safe' company, but some distance from my home. Although over an hour away Steve was happy to provide a quote. He was the only contractor who offered an easy, alternative solution to reroute my mains water supply and also provided a fixed price. The work was completed when promised in March using a mole, with minimum disruption. Severn Trent delayed the full completion until yesterday. Indeed Steve had wasted trips over thanks to ST, but has maintained his good humour. I have and will recommend LS Water and Plumbing Services.

    Fitted a new ball and valve unit and added an extra valve

    Went further than merely replacing damaged unit. . .Installed a valve so if any future problems occur I can easily isolate the problem without turning off all the water and was still within original estimate for the job.

    Washer waste pipe repair

    Steve saved me from disaster once again!! Really cant rate him highly enough , he is super tidy, punctual,friendly and polite. I now have him on my 'speed dial' settings! ;)
