Boiler repair
Lee arrived within 90 minutes of my call. He had sorted the problem within half an hour and left charging the agreed price, which was a reasonable going rate. I recieved professional texts and was very happy with the service. I would certainly use LSW property services again.

New gas boiler
Lee was reliable, tidy and polite. He gave a fair price and stuck to it. Did a really good job and I will use him again. Totally recommended.

Fixed valve problem and boiler service
Very good standard and he made sure he checked everything and our minds were eased! He took the time to explain why things happen which helped us not panic as I am worrier.
