He explained things clearly to help us to understand what the problem was.. the job was bigger than he expected but he stuck to his word on what he could do the work for. Excellent job by two lovely guys. We had a leaking toilet caused by some disintegrated cistern bolts and internals. Contacted me within a few hours of submitting my problem and arrived within an hour with the required parts and job done quickly. Price paid was exactly as quoted over the phone. Highly recommend.
