This company went above and beyond to accommodate us. My wife was in hospital and I am housebound. They were efficient and even worked longer hours than normal to complete the work swiftly so as to cause as little disruption as possible. The builders were courteous and friendly. Very impressed from the initial meeting as Lee was very clear that he could not give us a quote until he had been up on the roof . Many previous quotes we had used a drone which I was concerned about as they couldn’t actually lift the tiles and inspect close up the issues . LTC were very quick with a quote and once booked in kept to the timings agreed . During the work we were kept fully informed and had regular updates re progress . The billing struggle was clear with emails and was phased. All the workmen were very polite and respectful when working on our property. New felt, all new tiles, renew flat roof and new cladding all completed to a high standard. Workmen very professional and kept us updated at each stage. All was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. We were really happy with all the work carried out by LTC Roofing & Building Services Ltd. It was a big project to renovate the exterior of our 100yr old property -work included re rendering, fitting new windows, rebuilding a gable end.
