  Roof refurbishment

  LTC carried out extensive refurbishment to our roof which has been battered by gales, hurricanes and high winds for the last 40 years. The work was carried out to the highest standards and brought the roof up to data and compliant with current building regs. I would recommend this company.

  Re-roofing a small rear area on a victorian house and some lead work.

  L.T.C. Roofing and Building Services kept to time and budget. The workmanship was excellent, the worker who lead the team was very knowedgeable, experienced and managed the small project well. They cleaned the site at the end of every day. The communication was very good throughout. The workmen were polite, friendly and worked well together as a team. I would recommend them.

  Refitting roof

  This company went above and beyond to accommodate us. My wife was in hospital and I am housebound. They were efficient and even worked longer hours than normal to complete the work swiftly so as to cause as little disruption as possible. The builders were courteous and friendly. We are very satisfied with the work and would definitely recommend them.

  Re roofing part of a large Victorian house .

  Very impressed from the initial meeting as Lee was very clear that he could not give us a quote until he had been up on the roof . Many previous quotes we had used a drone which I was concerned about as they couldn’t actually lift the tiles and inspect close up the issues . LTC were very quick with a quote and once booked in kept to the timings agreed . During the work we were kept fully informed and had regular updates re progress . The billing struggle was clear with emails and was phased. All the workmen were very polite and respectful when working on our property. Highly recommend LTC
