Luan was excellent. Came on the agreed time, done the job very fast and professionally, made sure all was working before leaving and took the other fixtures with him so it saved me to have to find a place to dispose it. I was in contact with Luan for two days before date to fix a boiler at my daughter's flat in London. Our first appointment was for Friday afternoon. Luan contacted me to re-arrange for Saturday morning at 10.30 am which I accepted. I had bought several parts in advance of the appointment and travelled from from Hertfordshire to London to meet him. He didn't arrive, and I messaged him; he essentially said it wasn't worth his while travelling as it was two hours away. He could have said that two days prior . Luan installed a 5-way consumer unit, LED lights, smoke detector, electrical sockets and wiring for everything within our new garden room, whilst also hooking it all up to the SWA cable we had in place. Whilst we provided most of the hardware for Luan to install (all except CU and cabling), Luan consulted us at the necessary times, including when procuring the CU and during the installation. Luan was very friendly, took his time, gave professional advice and performed the whole installation without issue and according to regulations. Luan arrived promptly and was extremely courteous. He was unable to complete one job (the electric boiler) as it needed a plumber not an electrician but he fitted the smoke alarms quickly and easily. With many happy and returning customers over the last 6 years, you can be sure of being well looked after. My aim is to provide a stress free project, delivered in a manner that I am confident will exceed your expectations. I carry out all work myself and will be your single point of contact. My customers appreciate that I work quickly, with a strict ethos of timekeeping allowing projects to be delivered on time without disrupting your schedule. Guarantees are included as standard on all completed work.

Fault finding, remedial work, installations, rectifying faults, inspection and testing, minor works and consumer units updating.
I do inspection and testing including certifications in periodic inspection, initial verification and minor work, EICR, EIC and MW.
