Luan managed and delivered our project of a single storey rear extension to perfection. From initial discussions and quotes on varying options, all was transparent and clear and Luan managed to deliver everything on time and to the budget we had agreed. Luan went above and beyond doing the small tasks that he wasn't necessarily on the hook for. This makes such a difference in the overall delivery of the build. We would recommend Luan without hesitation and we're already discussing our next project with him! You will not be disappointed working with Luan.

Full rear single extension completed. Luan managed the project from start to finish and delivered on every aspect of the project. Luan gave a range of quotes depending on the options available to us and remained true to the one we selected. Always available for discussions and would always consult when there were different options to deliver a solution. Luan Meta did an incredible job replacing old fencing and removing and replacing the pathway in my back garden. As usual, the standard of work, including finishing is second to none. This was not an easy job given the amount of digging required, including the removal of an old tree stump and shrub roots. Luan is a master problem solver with a can do approach which is a rare quality these days.

Luan completed the job for supporting an unsupported chminey breast in the loft with an rsj steal beam. He was very quick and reliable and communicated well. He was also very patient and understanding when we had a set back with the neighbour. The work was completed to a high standard and Luan was very tidy and went the extra mile cleaning more than he needed to in the loft! Luan is also very friendly and gave us lots of advice. We were very happy with the work and we will be contracting Luan again.

We hired Luan for a difficult and disruptive bathroom conversion. His quote was fair, the work was planned logically, and everything was well organised from start to finish. A couple of unavoidable issues came up along the way, and each time Luan went above and beyond to resolve them properly. Even after the job was finished, he checked in to make sure everything was right. The team were respectful of our home throughout.
