I’m disabled so can’t do any cleaning and I honestly Couldn’t fault the work carried out by Lucy and her sister they was very patient with me as I explained what I wanted doing and they done an amazing job very professional I will definitely be using them again iv now got them booked to come regular to keep on top of the cleaning for me great service and very pleasant woman ??????????

I highly recommend this cleaning company there standards of cleaning are much more thorough then any of my previous cleaners my house is now sparkling very skilled when it comes to deep cleaning and get a lot done in the time and also reliable

Hired Lucy Deep and Shine to do deep cleaning, regretted our decision. Here's what went wrong: a) Too many tissues dumped into the toilet, blocking the toilet. Now the toilet cannot be flushed. Refused to fix it by saying they are not plumbers. Understood they are not plumbers but refusal to fix after they break it is unacceptable and irresponsible. B) Oven and hob very dirty c) Extractor hood untouched d) Marks on walls e) Cobwebs still there f) Promised a four hour job for two people, left after two hours, came in an hour late g) Sink has marks Worst cleaning company ever.

Excellent service Reliable and trustworthy

Lucy clean and shine is a relatively new company however, in the time they have been trading, have mastered the qualities of a well established successful cleaning business. They are friendly, punctual, thorough (in all aspects of a weekly clean) and very customer focused, enquring as to whether the work is completed to your satisfaction on each visit and actively seeking feedback. As a busy working person who doesn't want to be tied to cleaning of a weekend, I cant recommend Lucy Clean and Shine highly enough.

Amazing job done, Lucy was brilliant to deal with, a real pleasure. Went above and beyond. Would absolutely recommend and will definitely use again.
