Not for the first time, Lucy very promptly attended my house and sorted out my doors for me. This time she adjusted the hinges on 2 French doors and replaced a broken spring (in one of the handles I think). Prior to her visit I had been unable to close either door. At a previous visit she fixed the locking mechanism on a back door, which would not lock. Lucy is polite, punctual and extremely helpful. She is now my go-to-person for all my lock problems.

Lucy was great she came out as soon as she was available to fix the lock on my front door. She fixed the issue and also explained the problem and how we could prevent it. Lucy done a great job and I would highly recommend.

The work was well done from start to finish - telephone assessment of needs acquisition of necessary bits & pieces, timely arrival, happy chat as work was carried out. Very fair price. All working perfectly now.

I rang Lucy early evening Tuesday when my back door lock broke and was pleasantly surprised when she said she could fit me in Wednesday between other jobs. Lucy came earlier than expected and stripped and repaired the back door lock, explaining exactly what had broken. Whilst doing this I mentioned our front door lock was playing up and Lucy immediately said she would look at that too. She stripped it down, tightened things up before putting it back together. I would highly recommend Lucy. She is very professional and happy to help. I will definitely use Lucy again.

Amazing! Lucy is a life saver and I can’t recommend her enough.
