Lucy is a legend. Plain and simple. We've needed her help twice in the last few years and she's been quick to respond and made light of major lock/door problems. Fixed them both with no stress or hassle. A pleasure to deal with, great communication, and she really knows her stuff. Lucy repaired our jammed French doors after quickly diagnosing a failed gearbox.
