Lucy was very prompt in responding to my enquiry and coming round to look at my lock. There was no call-out charge and she ordered a good quality replacement lock with handles and replaced it as soon as the lock arrived. The new handles/lock look great and work perfectly. Lucy listened to my preferences about how the lock should work and made sure I could work it before she left. Lucy provided an excellent service at a very reasonable price and I would recommend her.
