Great work carried out, and quick to respond to our call

Lucy replaced our broken front door lock. She responded quickly to my query, and then waiting patiently while I had the door itself repaired. As soon as that was done, she came straight round, replaced the lock in less than ten minutes and charged the quoted price (which was lower than the other 2 quotes I had). She is friendly, professional and helpful - an absolute pleasure to do business with.

Lucy was a joy to deal with. She was super efficient, personable, and professional. Her work was of a very high standard and she is clearly an expert in her field, advising on the best types of locks to secure my father's house. She insisted on vacuuming up afterwards, despite me being equally insistent that I'd do it! Highly recommended.

I have used Lucy a couple of times and always had fab service. Most recently I couldn't get into my house as the doorlock mechanism has broken. I called her and she attended in under an hour to let me in and then fit me into her schedule later that day to fix the door. I hugely appreciate the service I received. I always recommend her when people ask for a locksmith.
