I contacted John at Ludlow Plumbing and Heating as I wanted a new bathroom fitted. John gave me a very reasonable quote and managed to fit me in just before Christmas. The job was completed to a high standard and while he was here he also refitted a radiator in one of the bedrooms which was coming loose from the wall. Delighted with the end result and will definitely be using this company for all future plumbing and heating needs.

Said he would come week commencing 2nd December. Failed to turn up and no communication or explanation.

My old sink was causing leaks- John suggested a vanity unit instead of a stand alone sink- I would never have considered one and I love it- its modern and has more storage. Communication was great, John turned up on time and did a great job. Will be using him to fit a new bathroom in due course.

Prior to work trader made contact to clarify exact requirements of job. New tap was supplied by trader to my specification. On day of work trader kept me informed of arrival time. Very friendly manner and work was completed efficiently. I was impressed by Checkatrade process and achieved the required outcome.

John arrived on time , he did a fantastic job and was very respectful of my home , would definitely recommend
