  High-Quality Loft-Conversion

  We recently had our loft converted and couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, Luka & team were polite, professional, and a pleasure to have around the house.   Brilliant Builder

  Re Luka: Reliable, Helpful and absolutely trustworthy He had my keys throughout a six week build including a week when I was away. I felt confident in his work at all times, he always discussed issues with me. He did a really excellent job. The two bathrooms, utility space and kitchen look fabulous. There were no snaggings. It was all finished off to a high standard and I’m delighted. He is a man of his word and kept to all agreements.   Loft Conversions

  Loft Conversion (Hip to Gable) - Master Bedroom and Ensuite

  We had a loft conversion (Hip to Gable creating a master bedroom and ensuite)completed by Luka and his team last year in October and we couldn't be more happy with the result. From start to finish the whole experience was fantastic, Luka's professionalism, attention to detail and excellent communication made the process smooth and stress free. The team worked efficiently, kept everything clean and tidy throughout the project. Luka was great with anticipating potential issues and finding solutions.   Had front room redesigned including removing fireplace, restoring original floor and decorating.

  Luka has been our builder for 15 years. He has done our loft extension, kitchen redesign, bathroom and living room in separate jobs over the years. We find him very reliable and he does great work. His team is polite and skilled. Highly recommended.

  Interior restructure plus kitchen bathroom

  Very happy with works done. Walls knocked down, walls put up. New flooring, new kitchen and bathroom. Radiators removed, resited and replaced. Downstairs re wired. Came in on time and on budget. Builders showed ability to problem solve, incorporate our design and worked to a good standard. Nearly forgot they ably raised and extended the patio.

  Re-building conservatory. Complete removal and re-construction.

  Excellent pre-planning process and communications with architect. Set schedules and budget. Kept to both. Clean and tidy all the way through. Managed neighbours in a very positive and friendly way……we are happy, they are happy and Luka is happy!
