I contacted Luke’s Affordable Roofing when I found a persistent roof leak causing damp inside. They replied quickly, arranged a visit promptly, and gave a clear, honest quote with no hidden fees—very reasonable compared to others. The team arrived on time, were polite and professional, and clearly explained the issue and how they would fix it. They worked neatly, protected my property, and cleaned up completely afterwards. They double-checked everything to ensure it was fully watertight. Since the repair, the leak has gone completely and stayed gone. Great quality work, highly recommend.

We recently had a brand new roof fitted by Luke’s Affordable Roofing, and we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From the very first visit, Luke and his team were professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They turned up on time every day, worked efficiently, and left the site completely tidy when they finished—you’d hardly know they’d been here apart from our fantastic new roof! The quality of the work is outstanding, I highly recommend.

I had a response with 48 hours. A visit the day after where Luke took a video of what he had found. He gave me options on how it could be repaired and after we agreed he came the next day and sorted it all out and took photographs to show me what he had done. I was pleased with the efficiency of the service provided.

Due to recent storms I had a load of tiles slip resulting in the felt getting ripped, Luke's team came out straight away and after giving me a very competitive quote they did the job. Really appreciate you coming out. Highly recommend

They came promptly and completed work immediately and efficiently. The roof repair appears to be successful. They were very pleasant and polite. £700 for a couple of hours work seemed very expensive but I have nothing to compare it against.

Luke and his workmate arrived and assessed the job. They found the problem with the central heating roof seal that was leaking. Slightly more of a problem than expected. Luke was very good at solving the problem. The solar panel roof connection needed moving and a supply / purchase of a new sealing tile. Work was required inside and outside of the tiled roof. The also repaired the roof felt. I should recommend them to any one in need of their services
