luke was polite and prompt. his price was agreed after an inspection amd he came to complete the work that coming weekend at the time he suggested. I am very pleased with his work, he even took photos to prove his work as it couldn't be seen from ground level

I found Luke through a recommendation and have had work carried out by him a few times now. He has been reliable and hard working, taking his time to do a proper inspection of the roof first to work out exactly what needs doing. He has carried out some much needed work on the roof of our little cottage. He has also been very pleasant and calm, he explains in detail the problems and solutions which is very helpful to me having little experience of how roofs are designed etc. I would recommend!

I had repair work carried out on my outbuilding and the service was excellent from start to finish. Luke was a genuinely nice bloke – polite, professional, and very easy to deal with. Took the time to explain the problem properly and talked through the different options so I could make an informed decision, with no pressure at all. Honest, reliable, and clearly knowledgeable. The work was completed to a high standard and everything was left clean and tidy. I’ll definitely be using him again in the future and would highly recommend him to others.

Further to the repairs that Luke's Roofs Ltd did for me in June I have had to ask for help with the guttering, downpipes and drainage and have had a quick, helpful response on each occasion. He keeps me informed of date and arrival time, and he's done a brilliant job. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to him again, and I would recommend him to anyone.
