Job location: WA8Michal, Lucie and the team have been fantastic from the very start. Communication is excellent, which I feel is a huge deal in this category of work! Time keeping was brilliant, they turned up when they said they would and kept in contact with you throughout the job. They have done a masterful job, our garden was in some serious need of an overhaul, and LuMis did an amazing job of giving us our space back. The team from Lumi's completed an excellent job from start to finish. They work extremely hard and will respond positively to any changes you wish to make. Both Michal and Lukas are very professional in their approach and have extensive knowledge, which enables them to deliver a first-class job. Michal gave us an itemised quotation before the work started so we knew how much the garden would cost. The cost remained the same even though there were some changes made as the work progressed. We asked Lumi Services to transform our ‘new build; garden, which suffered from non-existent drainage, impenetrable soil and poor-quality turf. We wanted to create a low-maintenance garden incorporating an area of decking to overcome the slope, a paved area, a base for the new summerhouse, a small lawn and, most importantly, proper drainage. The work required the removal of 16 tons of poor soil and rubble from the garden to enable the drainage to be installed and the garden levelled. Michael & Lucas were brilliant and very accommodating to our landscaping needs. They completely redesigned our garden, laid new sandstone flags & sleepers as well as creating 2 levels to our sloped garden.
