We were told a new consumer unit was needed as part of a kitchen replacement which we were not told at the start. Over a year later we are still waiting for the legally required sign off to us and the council despite repeated requests . We have since brought in another electrician to do this sign off at our expense.

Matt and the people working with him were always polite and courteous. Ours was a complex job over three separate buildings with work spread out to fit our schedule and other trades, and involved new or rewiring, including one long supply cable run. They always cleaned up at the end of each visit and left the site tidy, and I would recommend his services to others.

As soon as we spoke with Matt about the kitchen conversion, we had a very positive impression. He was very knowledgeable giving advice and suggestions about the ideas we had, explaining what was and wasn’t possible rather than just agreeing and saying ‘yeah, yeah, no problem’. He is a very conscientious worker paying attention to detail and ensuring the work area was tidy upon completion. We are extremely pleased we asked Matt to carry out the electrical installation and rework of our kitchen conversion project and have no hesitation in recommending him.

The work was completed very quickly and efficiently. The electrician was polite and personable, and made sure that he cleared up any mess afterwards. Light and extractor fan now working perfectly. The only small point that has prevented me giving a really high score is that he was a bit late arriving, and did not let me know that he was going to be late - I had to call the company to find out what was happening. Apart from that I was very pleased with this company and the work they completed.
