  Exceptional Workmanship – Couldn't Recommend Him More Highly

  I highly recommend this builder. He has completed a wide range of work for me and every job has been finished to an exceptionally high standard. He is a first-class carpenter and tiler and has also carried out a number of building projects across my properties with outstanding attention to detail and craftsmanship. He is reliable, professional and takes real pride in everything he does. He keeps the work area tidy and offers practical advice and solutions when needed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and trustworthy tradesman.

  Reliable reasonably priced builders

  I used Lupa on a recent project to refurbish my London flat. This involved stripping out and replacing the kitchen, replacing the rotten bathroom floors, tiling, plumbing and fitting new appliances. They were exceptional and a pleasure to work with. They kept within my budget, were reasonably priced and had a real can do attitude which is rare to find these days. I would recommend them without hesitation.

  Patrick took responsibility for the entire build from foundation, building and completion. Patrick and his team performed the build and used specialist trades such as steel, brickwork, windows and plastering which he managed. Reliable, good communication and issues were resolved professionally. Based on my experience, I’d be very happy to recommend Patrick for all types of general building and roofing work.

  Amazing builder

  honestly can’t recommend this builder highly enough. From start to finish, he has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He is professional, reliable, and always turns up when he says he will. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and he is always happy to answer any questions and explain everything clearly. His workmanship is outstanding, with incredible attention to detail, and the finished result has exceeded my expectations.   Multiskilled carpenter, builder, floor laying, full house decoration/ refurb

  I have been working with this company for years. they are second to none. I have 16 properties and they have worked on many. Patrick the owner is skilled at everything. He is an expert carpenter and has built bespoke units for me, repaired complex sliding wardrobe doors, plumbing, massive refurbisment of flooring, redecoration of entire flats from top to bottom - everything. they have taken out massive fitted units, rebuilt kitchens... What I love is that I can count on them. they will never let me down. If they can't do it, as too busy, they willl tell me honestly.
