Good and open communication. Efficient and good planning to mitigate potential delays. Versatile team to cover all trades. Experienced and good at problem solving - told if there was an issue when it happened and sometimes before with a proposal for a Plan B if required. Organised site. Very considerate of neighbours and community (even received positive feedback from neighbours!).
