Laying a patio
Hired this person to lay a small patio for me. I paid £80 upfront before any work started as he said he needed to hire a mixer and a whacker plate. I was at work at the time but my partner said he didn’t even use the whacker plate which I had paid for. He also didn’t finish the job as he had laid the patio and then told me I needed to do the pointing, I assumed the pointing was included in the price.
