I had a terrible experience with Ruxandra’s service, finding her both unprofessional and rude. I initially hired her to clean my home, and on her first day, she informed me that she had broken my mop but had ordered a replacement that would arrive the next day. When the mop didn’t arrive, I had to replace it myself. I informed Ruxandra that I would deduct the cost from her invoice, at which point the conversation became hostile. She showed me a delivery receipt that promised a two-day delivery, not the 24-hour delivery she had claimed. Despite this, I gave her another chance and rehired her.

I broke the mop doing the house cleaning, I let the consumer know and I ordered a new one, to arrive next day delivery.
