3 years ago Lucien helped restore a heritage grade 2 listed building. His work was impeccable. Subsequently I asked Lucien to help with some other work. This included refurbishing a kitchen and he went above and beyond, using his own creativity that saved me a lot of cost by reworking existing items to fit my needs and budget. He has laid a floor in a very large barn to perfection. He takes such pride in his work and is highly skilled. His tiling work is amazing too. He is extremely efficient and his integrity matters. He has refurbished 2 buy to let properties for me also.

Lucien did a couple of jobs for me. Did a brilliant job of fitting a solid wood door into one of my door frames which I knew would be hard due to the door opening and frame being very uneven (old barn conversion). Lucien also renewed all the rotten batons holding up the tiles to the front of my property. He was polite and left the areas clean and tidy. Would 100% recommend and use again.

Luke rang me within moments of me placing the job I needed doing on Checkatrade. He came the next day and gave me a Quote for the work and he arrived on time. We agreed a date there and then for the work to be done. On the day of the job he arrived on time again. He was very friendly and polite and he did a very professional job. I could not fault him any way. He even insisted on hovering up the wood shavings with his own hoover ! Which he is very proud of! I was also very pleased with the cost of work. As I thought it would be a lot more!

Lucien came and repaired my front door and fixed my stairs as they were making a lot of noise and I was worried, he explained and took the time to fix them and my door and I couldn't be happier I couldn't recommend him enough thank you

Lucien came to assess job and promised to quote. Nothing ever came of it. I contacted him several times to enquire when the estimate would be forthcoming. Nothing ever happened. No explanation. Nothing. I was very disappointed and engaged a different carpenter.

What a fantastic and professional job from Luc! He rehung some Victorian internal doors which look amazing. He made a bespoke piece of skirting which blends in perfectly. And most impressively laid a sprung, wooden dance which looks stunning. The finishing around the edges is far better than we hoped for. This was all done in keeping with a Victorian property. I could not speak more highly of Luc and his craftsmanship.
