  Single storey extension with two rooms

  Liam and Luke are excellent builders, They are hard working, friendly and always turn up to work looking clean and presentable. The price for the work was the most reasonable of all the builders we contacted and they actually came to look at the site during pricing instead of pricing it from the drawings like the other builders did. Communication throughout the build was good, any problems that arose always came with a possible suggestion to resolve it. The workmanship of the finished extension was excellent and we really couldn't be happier with how it turned out.

  Damp Wall

  Recently had Liam and Luke to carry out a relatively small piece of work in my elderly mother’s house. Liam came quickly (with a few days) to provide an estimate, then he and Luke came when promised to complete the work. Liam and Luke were punctual, polite and hard working. Nothing was too much trouble and the work was completed to a high standard. Considering the work was mainly inside the house there was minimum disruption and everything was left tidy. I am more than happy to recommend LW Building Solutions and will not hesitate to contact Liam again if we need a builder in the future.

  Replacement floor

  LW Building Solutions replaced the floor in the cupboard under the stairs. The old floor needed to be dug out and replaced, with new damp proofing laid underneath. Liam arrived on time, completed the work quickly to a high standard, and left the house tidy afterwards.

  Cloakroom and kitchen rework

  This was the second time we had Liam and Luke work for us and again they made a lovely job of everything in a timely and polite manner, I would highly recommend them as they make the disruption bearable with they happy banter.

  Internal modernisation

  Liam and Luke have been with us for 5 weeks and have done an excellent job on our property. They had a 'can do' attitude from the beginning which others did not have. Their work ethic is something that is hard to find these day. They are courteous and well mannered and guys you can get along with easily. Liam has a wealth of experience and was always there to guide us and help. Nothing was ever a drama, even unexpected issues, they just came up with solutions and dealt with it. We would recommend these guys for any work you need, trustworthy and conscientious. Thank you for everything.

  House Renovation – New Floor – Less Insulation than I paid for

  Liam completed some building work on my home in January-March 2023. Last week, almost a year on, I pulled out an old fireplace. This exposed a cross section of the new downstairs floor Liam had laid. The quote was for 150 mm of PIR insulation under the concrete floor. What I exposed showed that only 100 mm thickness had been fitted. I contacted Liam by email on 21st February and by text on 26th February 2024 asking for an explanation but received no reply.
