10 Annual service for Worcester boiler they installed a few years ago

really happy with these guys, happy to support local trade. they are courteous, punctual, tidy, really helpful, came to do the annual service but gave some advice about bleeding a radiator and maximising fuel efficiency. great team. Really friendly and helpfull. They came out same day the we reported it after ours just to calm our mind. Wasnt to expensive visit, and less than a week time installed new boiler. Have used their services since the first year I moved into my flat 9yrs ago, on a recommendation from a friend. Always been very courteous, prompt and reliable. There have been times when I have been cancelled to deal with another emergency but they are very quick to get you booked back in and I know they would do the same for me if I had an emergency. Job location: SO31We had five different boiler/ Heating companies out to look at our heating over a four week period (no heating at all hot water was fine) none could find the issue. We were finally advised to contact LW Gas. Lee came out within 24 hours found the fault within minutes & repaired it. Lee was very professional, friendly & on the ball . Cannot recommend this company enough EXCELLENT service.1 No hot water

Job location: SO15Rude and unprofessional. Not only did he fail to get my hot water working but my heating wouldn't work either once he left. Tried calling all morning but no answer. Rude receptionist blamed me and hung up on me. Wouldn't recommendResponse from L W Gas Ltd
This customer was extremely aggressive and abusive using foul langue over the phone to our office staff, L W Gas have a Zero tolerance to this kind of abusive behaviour and under no circumstances would we ever work for this type of customer.
10 Moving boiler and removing old pipes

Lee was recommended to me by our kitchen fitter. He was very thorough when he first visited to appraise the job and had really helpful suggestions. The job went as smooth as silk. The boiler and parts having having been already delivered Lewis arrived on time and got on with the job in a polite and efficient manner leaving everything clean and tiny on completion.
