  Have been using LW gas for 10years. Fantastic service ,never let me down...they arrange appointment time direct with my tenant, always on time. Will also collect keys from agent if necessary.

  Boiler Failure

  The pressure vessel in my Worcester Bosch boiler recently failed causing the pressure relief valve to operate. I contacted LW Gas because they had installed the boiler and always serviced it, the immediately diagnosed the problem based on my fault explanation and explained that the boiler was still under warranty for parts and labour. They arranged a time to visit with the parts and repaired the boiler which is working fine again. All contact with the company was very easy and professionally carried out as always.

  Annual service and repair of filter.

  Gave my boiler a yearly check also cleaned out my filter. Before the filter was cleaned and parts replaced, the engineer showed me the problem and explained how it was affecting the flow of my water system from the boiler. He was very polite, informative and left my boiler cupboard in a neat clean and tidy space. I have used this company for the last three years when they first put in my boiler. I’ve never had a problem arranging an appointment. All staff are very professional and respectful. All the works undertaken are always completed within good time frame. Highly recommend
