  Replace boiler and hot water storage system

  A thorough initial survey was followed up by a highly competitive quote that was over £1000 less than other furms that quoted. The recommended solution was appropriate, proven, reputable and able to be completed at a mutually agreeable time window. On the day, following text notification reminders of who and when would be on site each day, the team set to work efficiently and communicated progress and service interruptions when necessary. The standard of the fitting was to a very high quality and where customisation was needed sound options and recommendations were made to enable an informed choice to be made. All waste taken from site and Hive familiarisation given to make the most of that costed option. Finally great back office support from Liz who administered the order quickly and efficiently throughout, outstanding customer service.

  Installation of new Worcester Bosch Greenstar 8000 gas boiler

  I would confirm that LW Gas engineers professionally carried out the installation of a new Worcester Bosch Greenstar 8000 gas boiler in my garage and also installed a larger diameter gas pipe within the 2 day period quoted together with the removal of the defective Potterton Suprima 60L boiler. Their most daunting job was the removal of the redundant Boilermate 2000 tank from the second floor airing cupboard and they had to call upon a third colleague to assist them in disconnecting the heavy tank to bring it down safely to ground level for its site removal.   They do Aircon too!

  Second job done for us by LW Gas, this time they installed a lovely Bosch Aircon unit in our lounge. All done very effieciently and left spotlessly clean after the installation.
