  Very fast response and good communication. Had the leaking valve replaced in no time and left the workplace clean and tidy. Would recommend any time.

  Replacement shower screen and leak trace and repair.

  We have used Lee a couple of times for replacing a leaking shower screen, fixing a leaking bathroom waste. Both jobs involved investigating and tracking a leak which he did brilliantly without the need for any damage or intrusive actions. We found his work to be very well finished. He was very communicative and happy to work with our difficult timescales. We have also found his rates to be very reasonable. Lee is a very pleasant, mild mannered and reasonable gentleman who you will find to be very trustworthy and commendable.

  Changed a tap In the bathroom and replaced a broken toilet flusher, checked a radiator as well

  Lee was great start to finish. Good communication and visited first to see what needed doing. Before arranging the days work to complete the works. Small leak from the tap upon completion but Lee was straight back to sort. (Wasn’t Lee’s fault - poor install of sink from whoever installed it previously) Lee was very friendly and cleaned up after himself

  Leaking immersion heater

  Lee quickly found the source of the leak and made all the necessary repairs. Good communication throughout and a really nice guy . Would highly recommend!

  Fixed Leaking shower

  Lee came round to assess the job, sourced the parts and came back to fix it all within a few days. Great communication throughout and really good job.

  Leaking toilet

  Lee was reliable, prompt, gave a good explanation of what he thought was wrong and why, what he planned to do about it, why it wasn't a straightforward job (because the installers had done a bodge job which was visible once explained) and fixed the problem. Highly recommended.
